British internet and cable service provider, BT TV, has issued a list of what it considers the top TV period drama series. Granada’s Brideshead Revisited production for ITV is one of those listed. Among other British productions on BT’s list of the top 7 are BBC’s 1995 adaptation of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice by Andrew Davies and ITV’s recent original drama series Downton Abbey by Julian Fellowes, now broadcasting its final season on PBS.
